Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

We offer customers the option to purchase products through a monthly subscription, which includes a 10% discount on all subscription orders, including the first order. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method every 30 days at the discounted rate.

For best results, we recommend using the product consistently for at least three (3) months, as many customers experience optimal benefits with continued use. This recommendation is not a requirement and is provided for product effectiveness guidance only.

Subscription orders are processed automatically every 30 days unless the subscription is canceled or paused prior to the next scheduled billing date. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription and submit any cancellation request before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Canceling a subscription after a charge has been processed does not reverse that charge.

Subscriptions may be canceled, paused, or modified at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team at galmiosupp@gmail.com. The effective cancellation date is determined by the timestamp of the cancellation request.

Due to the nature of consumable wellness products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds, and unopened products are not eligible for refunds once shipped. Store credit may be offered at our discretion in place of a refund.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including authorization of recurring charges and our refund and cancellation policy. This allows us to continue offering discounted subscription pricing while maintaining fair and transparent use of our program.
